Pape Barristers is a Toronto based litigation "boutique" carrying on a varied civil litigation practice.  Our focus is in appeals, as well as the areas of commercial, real property and 

administrative litigation, including shareholder, joint venture and partnership disputes, real 

property development matters, contract disputes, insolvency, and planning and assessment

matters.

We have both the experience and ability to bring on proceedings in an expedited manner for 

interlocutory injunctions and for applications, both in the Commercial Court, and elsewhere. The firm generally handles complicated or difficult matters that are often referred to it by other law firms.  We have significant experience and expertise in appellate court advocacy.  

The firm's client base is both entrepreneurial and institutional.
