Jonathan L. Rosenstein

Jonathan's practice focuses on complex commercial and civil litigation for individuals and businesses of all sizes, at both the trial and appellate levels. Representative matters include complex contract disputes, real estate, construction, corporate control, fiduciary duty, professional negligence, and estates.  Jonathan appears regularly before all levels of court in Ontario, as well private arbitrations.  Before being called to the Bar in Ontario in 2001, he was admitted to the Bar of the State of Ohio in 1995, where he practiced in the areas of commercial and estates litigation, including acting as court-appointed estate trustee.  He was also admitted to practice in the State of Kentucky and in U.S. Federal Courts. Member of The Advocates' Society.  Jonathan was previously an instructor at the Bar Admission Course in civil litigation and is now an adjunct professor at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law School teaching advanced civil procedure.
