David S. Steinberg

David has been practicing with Paul Pape since 1998.  Prior to that, he worked at the University of Toronto's Faculty of Law, from where he graduated in 1994 with a combined Law/MBA degree.

David has developed a successful record as a trial lawyer and an appellate advocate.  His focus is on complex commercial, administrative and medical negligence litigation, and civil appeals.

Thoughtful, passionate and always pragmatic, David is dedicated to the highest levels of advocacy and client service.

David also serves as an adjunct professor at the University of Toronto's Faculty of Law where he teaches advanced civil procedure, and is a member of the Advocates' Society and the Toronto Lawyers Association.
